Shipping & Lost Packages

• Once your order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the postal carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.).

• The Topic is not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier.

• Any issues must be filed directly with the carrier using the tracking number provided.

• If you wish to add signature confirmation or shipping insurance, please request it before checkout.
